Starting Nexus Miner at 6:10 AM. Stopped mining at 7:10 AM with 0.0000 balance, 0.000 payout, 77 shares, 401.53 WPS. Diff 8.1 All the while it entirely killed my GPU mining with another coin. It seems like an hour didn't even generate one thousandth of a coin. What should I expect with my WPS? Why couldn't they just use mh/s like everyone else - doesn't require some weird obscure stuff to know how well you're doing. I have googled stuff for over an hour trying to figure out how many coins I would make, and best I can tell, was march 2017, I should make around 80 coins a month, with that speed.
Obviously that isn't the case here. I'm specifically looking for something to mine with processors to hodl. Is nexus just bad for mining? I5 4690 if it matters.

I'm currently mining with GPU and getting frequent payouts of once per hour or so. I know the CPU isn't gonna make a ton, but my single 290 is making about 3 bucks a day, and my 1080 is making about 2.25.
I have two intel processors i can mine with, and these rigs are already gpu mining all day anyhow. Im not sure if this is the coin for me or not because of the lack of pool features. I really like cryptopools method, their web feature is amazing, i can just check my address on my phone. I like being able to monitor progress in real time. When i was mining nxs, it was showing zero progress for an entire hour. • • • • • • •.
